Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, but if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.

Can I return an unused and unopened item?

Yes, absolutely! If your item is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Can I add a product to an order?

Where is my package?

What if I have not received my order?

Return & refunds

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Nope! We cover the cost of return shipping — so you can shop with confidence. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return label or instructions to send the item back at no extra cost to you.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Your refund will be sent back to your original payment method, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s completed.
